Announcing the GOATMAN Premiere Event!

We are very excited to announce the GOATMAN premiere! This unique special event will be held at the Historic Train Depot in Hoschton, Ga. The doors open at 6pm, and there will be live music performed by Many Mammals, shaved ice provided by Kona Ice, a large projection screen showcasing other Shutterstinct projects, a meet-and-greet Q&A with the creators, and of course the first ever public screening of the film. We hope to see you there!

I talked to Logan Donald, the director of Goatman, a short slasher film set in Georgia during the 1990s.

Mary Ann Mahoney: Hi, Logan! Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to chat with me. Can you tell our readers a little bit about yourself?

Logan Donald: Hey! Thank you for having me; it’s such a pleasure. I honestly don’t know where to start. I started the film program about a year and some ago. I had no idea this is what I wanted to do before I considered the possibilities. Luckily, there are a few professors I have had that really kindled this passion of mine over the past few semesters. Before film consumed my life, I was heavily involved with music. I was attempting to make it in the music industry as a live drummer. I still play as much as I can, but film has really become my latest outlet to express myself. Other than that, I work and go to school full-time but when I have free time I enjoy playing video games and watching films. I try to hang with my family and friends as much as I can!
